We are in the rived too.
We arrived on a Thursday night and started looking for a place to live right away on Friday and Saturday. We looked at about 8 places and narrowed it down to 3 possibilities. We have now narrowed it down to 1 (pictured) and are going to see 1 one more place today before we possibly make a final decision today. The prices for housing are over twice as much here in Mandaluyong as they were in n read the sign on the door, oh maybe there isn't a door, it says apartment for rent. I bet it would be cheaper than the first one!
All day Monday we spent at the girl's new school for registration, orientation, uniform pick up and testing. Russ and Janaya went swimming in the new aquatic center at the school while Kaylee and I were in orientation. It is a really nice facility and we may have family days there once in a while to swim. They are registered and took their first van trip to school on Tuesday. They had a new driver and were quite late to school on the first day.
